We are located at Shop 2, Plot 14 in the Srishti Homes building. That is over in Adarsh Colony in the Vidyanagar area. The formal address is S.NO. 163/2/2A if you are looking at the land records. CHOICE BUILDSMART LLP has been running out of this shop for some time now. It is a small place, right on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to drop by. We have got some samples of materials lying around and a couple of computers that have seen better days. Vidyanagar is a nice neighborhood to work in. It is mostly quiet, except for when the school nearby lets out. We spend our time managing different building sites and talking to contractors. We do not have a team of people in suits. Usually, it is just us in our work clothes, trying to figure out the best way to get a job done without too many delays. Sometimes we run out of space for all the paperwork, but we manage. People in Adarsh Colony know us as the local guys who do construction. We are not trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just want to do the work that needs doing.
