Chiranjeevi Mega Structures (Opc) Private Limited

We work out of Riverine Greens in Pune, specifically in Flat B/1002 at Sno 116/8. This is an OPC, so it is a one-person company, but we have a small group that helps with all the daily tasks and site visits. Our focus is on mega structures and building projects around the city. The office is located in a residential complex, which makes it a lot quieter and more relaxed than a standard office building. We spend a good portion of our day looking over blueprints and talking to different contractors over the phone. Pune is expanding so rapidly that there is always something new for us to look at or a new site to visit. We handle the technical and structural side of things, making sure that everything is built according to the plans. It is a big responsibility, so we try to keep things simple and focus on the details. Sometimes the office desk gets completely covered in drawings and site photos, but we managed to keep a handle on it. We don't do fancy marketing or high-pressure sales; we just want to make sure the work we do is solid and dependable. The location is nice because it is away from the main road traffic, though getting across Pune still takes some time. We just keep working on our projects, one step at a time, making sure each one is done right.
