Chemion Engineering

Chemion Engineering is located at No. 21, on the second floor of a building on Highway Towers Road in Chinchwad. It’s a busy spot right near the main road, so you can always hear the traffic passing by outside. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, but we’re usually too busy to look out the window. The office is filled with drawings, technical manuals, and a few computers that have seen better days. We do a lot of design and planning work here. It’s not a factory, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the shops downstairs, though we still have our moments of chaos when a deadline is approaching. We’re a small team, just a handful of us sitting at our desks and figuring out engineering problems. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours going over blueprints. There isn't anything fancy about our setup. We have some old filing cabinets and stacks of papers that probably should have been cleared out years ago. Chinchwad is a good place to be for engineering work because there are so many other companies nearby. We often run into people we know from other firms when we’re out getting lunch. We don't have a big corporate structure; we just talk to each other across the room when something needs to be decided. It’s a simple way to work, and it’s served us well so far.
