Charholi Infrastructure Llp is located at S.No 108/7, right near the Chaturshringi Mandir in Shivajinagar. Being so close to the temple means we’re in a part of Pune that everyone knows. Our office is a simple place where we manage all the different infrastructure projects we’ve got going on. It’s often noisy because Shivajinagar is always full of life, but we like that energy. We do the kind of work that involves a lot of dirt, heavy machinery, and long hours. It’s not for everyone, but we’ve been doing it for years and it’s what we know. We aren't a big company with a lot of layers. If you call us, you’ll probably end up talking to one of the owners or someone who’s actually been out on the site that morning. We don’t have a PR department or a marketing budget. We just rely on the fact that we do our work properly and we don't cut corners. Sometimes things are difficult, especially when you’re dealing with old city roads or complicated foundations, but we just take it one step at a time. We don't make big speeches about our values. We just show up every day and try to get the job done right. It’s honest, hard work and that’s all there is to it. We’ve been a part of this neighborhood for a long time and we plan on staying here, just building things the way they should be built.
