Channels Marketing

Our office is in 539-D over at the Clover Center on Moledina Road. It’s a busy building with lots of different businesses coming and going. Channels Marketing has been based here for a good stretch of time. The elevators are always slow, so we end up taking the stairs more than we should. Inside, it’s a bit of a mess with papers and files piled on the desks. We handle all sorts of marketing stuff, but it’s mostly just making sure things get sent out on time. The windows look out over the street, and it’s always noisy with the traffic down on Moledina Road. Sometimes the internet goes out and we just sit around talking until it comes back. It isn't a high-tech setup, just some old computers and a printer that jams every Tuesday. We’ve got a small kettle for making tea, which is basically what keeps us going. Most of our neighbors in Clover Center are friendly enough. We share the same hallway and sometimes borrow sugar or pens. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a place where we come to work every day. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Just regular clothes because we’re usually moving boxes or sorting mail. The day usually ends around six, and then we fight the traffic to get home. It’s a steady rhythm, nothing too exciting, just the way we like it. We hope the elevators get fixed one day, but we aren't holding our breath.
