Chandrang Developers

Chandrang Developers is based out of Pimple Gurav, specifically at 79/1 on the 3rd Cross. We are located near the Sri Krishna Garden in the A Sector of Pattanagere. Finding us isn't too difficult if you know where the Jagtap Patil Petrol Pump is. The office is a busy place, usually filled with the sound of people talking over blueprints and the hum of a computer. We have been in this area for a while, and we’ve seen Pimple Gurav grow quite a bit. There’s usually some dust on the floor because we are always coming back from construction sites. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a big front desk. It’s more of a place where we sit down and figure out how to get the next project moving. The 3rd Cross can be a bit narrow, so when we have deliveries or visitors, things get a bit tight on the street. We just do our work and try to stay on top of the different stages of building. It involves a lot of phone calls to suppliers and checking on workers at different locations. Sometimes things don’t go according to plan, like when the rain holds us up or a delivery is late, but that’s just part of the job. We are a small team and we like it that way because it keeps things simple. We just focus on the bricks and mortar and getting things finished properly.
