Chaitanya Gruhnirman Llp is located in Kothrud, right on Paud Road. We are in the Sharayu Apartment building, which is on Plot No 19. Our office is Flat No 17. The area is S No 129, a spot that many people in this part of Pune know well. Being on Paud Road means we are right in the thick of things. There is always noise from the traffic and people walking by, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Our office is a simple flat that we have converted into a workspace. It is not a corporate headquarters, just a place where we manage our construction and housing business. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking to contractors. Kothrud has a lot of older buildings and new ones coming up, so there is always something to look at. We don't go for fancy advertising. People usually find us by word of mouth or by seeing our sign on the apartment building. We are just a small team trying to build things properly. We have a lot of tea and spend hours discussing how to get things done right. It is a very hands-on way to work. We like being in Sharayu Apartment because it feels like home. Working in Kothrud is good because the people here are straightforward. We try to be the same way with everyone who comes through our door at Flat 17. It is just how we do things.
