CEMAK REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED is located up in Bavdhan, Pune. We are in the Pebbles II society, specifically in Flat No E-1106 in the E2 wing. Our building is right behind the DSK Toyota showroom, which is a huge help when people are trying to find the entrance to the complex. Bavdhan is a nice area because it’s a bit away from the main city noise, but still close enough to get things done. We work out of this flat because it’s a comfortable and quiet space for us to focus. It’s not your typical commercial office with glass walls. It feels more like a home, which we actually prefer. We have our setup in the main room with the computers and all the project folders. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at site plans for different properties. Since we are in a residential complex like Pebbles II, we have to keep things professional but low-key. We don't have big signs outside. We just do our work and meet with people when needed. The view from Bavdhan is usually pretty good, especially after it rains. We are just a small team trying to make a living in the real estate world. We take things one day at a time and try to stay organized. That is pretty much how we run things.
