CELESTIAL HOUSING LLP operates out of Salisbury Park in Pune. Our office is in the Ekopa H Society, specifically Block Number 9. Gultekadi is a quiet enough area compared to the rest of the city, which is nice for getting work done without too much noise. We are a small partnership. We focus on housing projects, as the name suggests. It is a lot of running around to different sites and meeting people. We do not have a big marketing budget. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or just seeing our name on a project board. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of blueprints lying around. Pune has grown so fast lately, and we are just trying to keep up with the pace. It is not always easy. There are permits to get and weather to deal with during the monsoon. We do not pretend to have all the answers. We just do our best with each project we take on. Being in a society like Ekopa means we know our neighbors. It feels more like a community than a business district. Sometimes we have tea together. It is a relaxed atmosphere, but we still work hard. We are not some giant developer with a glass tower. We are just here in Gultekadi, doing the work day by day. That is really all there is to it.
