Cayman Properties Llp

Our office is at Business Square, which is tucked into Lane No. 5 in Koregaon Park. We are up on the second floor, in office 202. If you know the area, you know it’s a bit more relaxed than the city center, but it still gets its fair share of traffic during the day. Cayman Properties Llp has been running out of this space for a while. It’s a decent-sized room with enough windows to see the trees outside. We spend our hours here going over lease agreements and talking to people about where they want to live or set up shop. The office is usually a bit cluttered with maps and coffee mugs. We aren’t the type to keep everything perfectly neat; we’re too busy for that. Most days, someone is out on a site visit while the rest of us stay back to handle the phone calls. It’s a pretty casual environment. We don’t wear suits unless we absolutely have to. Lane 5 has some nice spots to grab a coffee, though we usually just make it in the office to save time. The building itself is pretty well-maintained, but our unit definitely looks like a place where people actually work. There are stacks of folders everywhere and a few old calendars hanging on the wall that we forget to flip. We find that being here makes it easy for folks to drop in and chat.
