Casrudra And Sons Private Limited is a family business located in Pune City. Our office is in flat number 6, Onkar Colony, at Sr No 37/2/1. This is over in the Kalepadal area. Because it is me and my sons, the way we run things is pretty informal. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just use the flat as our home base to manage different construction and building jobs across the city. Kalepadal has changed a lot since we started, with new buildings going up everywhere. We’ve been doing this for a while, and most of our work comes from word of mouth or people seeing our signboards at sites. The office is usually a bit cluttered with samples of tiles or bits of hardware we’re looking at for projects. We don't have a professional marketing team to write things for us. We just speak plainly to our customers and try to be fair. Some days are harder than others, especially when we’re juggling multiple sites at once and the traffic in Pune is being difficult. We aren't trying to become some massive construction giant. We just want to do good work and keep the business running for the next generation. It’s practical, everyday work for us. If someone visits the office, they’ll probably find us sitting around the table discussing the next day’s schedule. That’s just how we operate at Casrudra and Sons. It's just a family trying to build something decent.
