Casa Hermosa Private Limited

Casa Hermosa Private Limited is based out of Ambegaon, right in the Shree Venktlake Orchid complex. We are in A Wing, specifically flat 1103. It’s a bit different because we are operating out of a residential-style setup, which makes things feel a lot more informal and grounded. Ambegaon is on the edge of Pune, so it’s a bit quieter than being right in the center of town. We can see the lake nearby, which is a nice touch when things get stressful. We deal with property and homes, and being in a building like this helps us stay connected to what people actually want. Our office isn't some glass-walled suite; it’s just a regular room with some computers and a lot of documents piled up. We handle everything ourselves, from the initial talks to the final details. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep track of everything without it getting too complicated. Sometimes it’s a bit of a drive for people to come out here, but we find it’s worth it for the peace. We don't have any big marketing speeches to give. We just work on our projects, talk to our clients, and try to make sure everything at Casa Hermosa is handled properly and without any unnecessary fuss. It’s just us working hard from this little flat in Ambegaon. That’s the whole story. We don't really have many employees, just a few of us.
