We are based in Pune at Gokhale Vrindavan, Geeta Bags No-1/1. Our office is Flat B1/11. It’s a residential-style setup which works well for us because it keeps things quiet when we need to focus on plans. Casa Bonita Construction is basically a small group of us who handle building projects around the city. Pune is a city that is constantly expanding, and we are right there in the middle of that growth. Our day usually starts with a lot of phone calls to site supervisors and material suppliers. There is always something that needs attention, whether it's a delivery that hasn't arrived or a change in the design. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished website. We just do our work and let people see the results for themselves. Being in a place like Gokhale Vrindavan means we are part of a community. We aren't some distant company; we are just local folks working in construction. We deal with the same traffic and the same weather as everyone else here. Sometimes the work is slow, and sometimes it's so busy we can't keep up, but that's just the nature of the business. We focus on the practical side of things—making sure the walls are solid and the plumbing works. It’s not fancy, but it’s honest work. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay as long as there are things that need building in Pune.
