Caprica Constructions Llp is located in Pune, specifically in the Sahakar Nagar area. We are based in Indira Apartment, which is in Tulshibaugwale Colony. You have to come up to the third floor to find us at B 112. Plot No. 41 is a bit away from the main road, so it is relatively quiet compared to other parts of the city. The office is a simple one, nothing like those glass buildings you see downtown. We have a few chairs, some big tables for spreading out maps, and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a breeze if we leave the windows open, which is nice during the hotter months. Sahakar Nagar is a decent place to be, and we have gotten to know the neighbors over time. Our daily routine involves a lot of talking to contractors and checking on various project details. It’s not always exciting work, and sometimes things get delayed, but we just deal with it as it comes. The office feels lived-in because we spend so many hours here. There are stacks of paper everywhere and maybe a few loose bricks we are testing out. It is just a regular office where we focus on the building trade. We don't spend much time on fancy stuff; we just focus on the job at hand.
