CALYX MERLIN BUILDCON LLP

We are located in Pune at the Forum office, which is part of the S. No. 63/2 area. It’s a decent spot for us to run the buildcon business from. We have a small space where we keep all the project files and meet with the guys who do the actual masonry and carpentry. It’s a busy office because there is always someone coming in to ask about a site or some missing supplies. We don't have any flashy signs or expensive furniture. It’s mostly just chairs, tables, and a lot of rolled-up drawings everywhere you look. Pune is growing so fast, and we are just trying to keep up with the work we have on our plate. We spend a lot of time driving around to different parts of the city to see how the buildings are coming along. Some days are just filled with paperwork and dealing with the local authorities, which is never much fun. We are just a group of people who know how to put a building together. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, it’s just someone telling their friend about us. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a project is going to take longer, we say so. We don't like to overcomplicate things with big talk. It is just about getting the concrete poured and the walls painted so people can move in.
