A good way to find the building is to look for the Idea office nearby, as that’s the main landmark everyone uses to give directions. C P Bagal Infra Private Limited is a small operation, and we run things directly from this apartment. It’s a quiet residential street for the most part, though things are picking up in Bavdhan lately with all the new shops and cafes. The office is basically just a few rooms converted into a workspace. We have our computers and some blueprints lying around on the tables most of the time. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We aren't interested in looking like a big multinational company. We are just a local infra firm trying to do our part. Most of our neighbors are families, so we make sure not to make too much noise or cause a disturbance. We drink a lot of chai and spend our time looking at project details and talking to contractors on the phone. Sometimes the parking in the lane is a bit tight, but that’s just how it is in this part of Pune. We’ve been here for a bit and the location is good for us because it’s close to the highway and easy for our staff to reach. It’s a simple, functional space for our work.
