C M Promoters Llp

We've been working out of Vijay Nagar for a while now. Our office is over at Sai Vihar Appt, Flat 201, right near Luckey Bekary. C M Promoters Llp is basically run by the family and some close associates here. Mr. Chandu Mandal is the one who handles the main things from this spot. It’s a busy area, especially with the bakery being so close, everyone knows the landmark. We started small, just dealing with local projects and paperwork. Most of our days are spent at S.No.109/31. It’s not a big fancy office building, just a regular flat where we get the work done. People usually drop by after getting lost looking for the specific wing, but the bakery helps them find us. We handle land and promoter stuff around this part of town. It’s mostly just us sitting around the table, looking at maps and talking to folks who walk in. There isn't much to say about us other than we’ve been in this neighborhood for a good bit. We know the local streets and the people living around here pretty well. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just a few of us making sure the projects move along like they should. If you are ever near the Luckey Bekary, that’s where you’ll find our sign.
