We are located on the 3rd Floor at S. No. 34 in Wadgaon Sheri, Pune. We are right near Inorbit Mall, which makes it easy for people to find us if they’re in the area. BVP CONSTRUWELL LLP is our name. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and it’s a good location for us to manage our projects across Pune. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a lot of paper, and usually some samples of tiles or bricks lying around. We don't spend money on fancy things because we'd rather put that into the work we do. We aren't a corporate giant. We’re just a group of people who understand the building trade. Some days are quite long, especially when we are trying to meet a deadline. We don’t make big claims or use marketing speak. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Sometimes we run into problems with the weather or getting the right supplies, but we just figure it out as we go. That’s how construction works. It’s about solving problems and keeping the project moving. We like being in Wadgaon Sheri. It’s a busy part of the city and there’s always something happening nearby. We just keep doing our work, one day at a time, and try to keep things simple. It’s not always perfect, but we get there in the end.
