We are based out of Hirashree Apartments in Moshi, right here in the PCNTDA area of Pune. Our space is over at Plot 100, specifically in Section 4. We’ve been operating as Buildtron Engineers And Contractors Llp for some time now. It’s a local operation, mostly just a handful of us who handle the engineering side of things and manage the labor on various sites. Moshi has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings coming up, and we’ve been right in the middle of it. Our office isn't much to look at, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of technical drawings for the projects we’re currently juggling. We spend most of our time out on the ground, checking on progress or meeting with suppliers to make sure we have enough material. Dealing with the heat in Pune can be tough some months, but we’re used to it. We take on various contracting jobs, sometimes big and sometimes small. It depends on who calls and what the requirements are. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out and fix it. We try to be straightforward with everyone we work with. Working in construction means there are always surprises, but we just take them as they come. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from early morning until the sun goes down. We're just regular people building things.
