Our office for Buildtolast Mantra is in Ghorpuri Gaon in Pune. We are located at Shrinath Nagar, specifically Survey Number 71/4. Ghorpuri has a bit of an older feel compared to the newer parts of Pune. The office is simple and we use the 411001 pincode. We chose the name because we wanted to focus on things that actually stay standing for a long time. It is not about doing things fast and then forgetting about them. We are mostly involved in the day-to-day grit of building. There is always a lot of dust and the sound of machines nearby. Our neighbors in Shrinath Nagar are mostly regular families and other small businesses. We spend a lot of time talking to site supervisors and making sure the supplies like sand and gravel show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong with the weather or a delivery is late and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That is the nature of construction. We keep a lot of records in big binders and our desks are usually covered in yellow sticky notes. It is a practical workplace. We do not have any fancy marketing people. It is just a few of us making sure the projects in Pune get finished. We like the local vibe of Ghorpuri and plan to stay here for the long haul.
