Bty Unique Infra Private Limited

Our office is in the Ambegaon Bk area of Pune, specifically in the Kutum building. We are in unit 111 on the first floor. It’s a bit further out in the Haveli area, which we actually prefer. It’s a bit quieter than the city center. We are a private limited company, but we keep things very grounded. The office is where we do all the planning and the boring paperwork that keeps the infra projects going. We have a few desks and a small meeting area. Most of the time, we’re just chatting about what needs to happen at the sites. We don’t use any marketing speak here. We’re just a group of people who know how to build and manage infra. We’ve been working together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm. Some days we are out in the field and the office is empty. Other days, everyone is here and it’s a bit loud. It’s just how it goes. We do our best to stay organized and keep our promises. It’s a simple, honest business. We don't have any grand declarations or corporate rules that don't make sense. We just come in, do what we are supposed to do, and make sure the projects move forward bit by bit every single day. The building is easy enough to find once you are in Ambegaon. We just like getting things done.
