BROWNSTONE INFRASTRUCTURE LLP

Our office is based in the A and B wings of Premier Plaza over in Chinchwad, Pune. The address is S No. 240/241, if you’re looking for it. We’ve been running Brownstone Infrastructure LLP from here for a while now. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. We just have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of printed plans laying around. Most of the time, the team is actually out at the project sites rather than sitting in the office. Chinchwad is a busy area, so the traffic can be a real headache in the mornings, but it’s a good central spot for us. We mostly deal with local infrastructure work, trying to keep things moving along. It’s a lot of phone calls to suppliers and making sure the crews have what they need. We don’t really have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just focus on the actual work that needs doing. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the files, but that’s just how we work. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve mostly known each other for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there, just trying to do a solid job on every project we take on. If you’re in the 411019 area, you’ve probably passed by the plaza several times without even noticing us.
