Brahma Motor Driving School

We are based in Hadapsar, over in Bangur Nagar. Brahma Motor Driving School has been helping people learn to handle cars for a long time now. Our office is a small place where we keep the keys and the logbooks. Most of our work happens out on the streets of Pune, though. We spend all day sitting in the passenger seat, watching how people use the clutch and the brakes. It can be a bit stressful when the traffic is heavy, but you get used to it after a few years. Bangur Nagar is a good place to start because the roads are a bit wider in some spots. We don’t have a fleet of shiny new cars; we use vehicles that are sturdy and can handle a few mistakes from beginners. The engines are well-maintained, but they definitely show their age. We meet all kinds of people, from teenagers who are excited to drive to older folks who are a bit nervous about it. We just talk them through it. There is no magic to it, just practice and patience. When we aren't in the cars, we are back at the office in Hadapsar, answering the phone and fixing the schedule for the next day. It’s a simple business, and we like it that way. It keeps us busy and out in the community.
