We are located out in Wagholi, specifically on Awhalwadi Road. Our place is at Gat Number 1133, right near the wine shop. It is a busy little area in Haveli. Construction is what keeps us going. We spend most of our time out in the dirt and the sun, making sure things get built properly. The office in Wagholi is where we do the planning and the boring stuff, but honestly, we would rather be out on the site. Pune is expanding so much towards this side, and we are right in the middle of all that growth. It is noisy and there is always dust from the road, but that is just life in this industry. Blueheart Construction is not a fancy corporate name; it is just us. We deal with all sorts of building projects, big and small. Sometimes we are short-handed, and everyone has to pitch in to get the job done. It is not always easy to find good labor or get materials delivered on time with all the traffic on Awhalwadi Road. We just take it as it comes. We are not into big sales pitches or trying to convince people of anything. If the work is good, people usually notice and tell their friends. We just focus on getting the walls up and the roofs on. It is a tough business but we have been at it for a while now and we know the ropes.
