We don't go in for fancy furniture or expensive decorations. The focus here is strictly on our development projects. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking on how our sites are progressing. Some days are slower than others, but there’s usually something that needs fixing or someone who needs to be called. We aren’t a giant company with a huge board of directors. It’s a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s filing papers or going out to a site in the heat. The location is convenient for us because we’ve always been around this part of Pune. It’s got a real energy to it that you don’t find in the newer IT parks. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way, trying to stay on top of our schedules.
