Our office is right opposite Shrijit Apartment in Bhaunagar. If you know Pimpale Gurav, you know it's a growing spot. Blazing Dwells Developer Private Limited is what we call the company, but mostly it's just us working on local housing projects. We are at S.NO.14/2. The parking around here can be a headache sometimes, but it's a good location for being close to the work. We spend our days looking at drawings and talking to contractors. Building houses isn't always easy. There are always delays with supplies or something else coming up. We try to stay on top of things as much as we can. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on the bricks and mortar. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Pune. We just want to build things that stay standing. I’ve lived around here for years, so I know the streets well. Sometimes we just sit in the office and have tea while we figure out the next step. It’s a lot of practical thinking. We don’t go for all that high-end talk. Just real work for real people who need a place to stay. You can find us near the main road most mornings. The sun gets hot on the sites, but that’s part of the job. We keep it straightforward and don’t make promises we can’t keep. It's just how we operate. We are just local people building for the local neighborhood.
