You can find us at the Suyog Platinum building on Naylor Road here in Pune. We’re on the first floor, in suite number three. Bl Landmark Llp is a small team and we’ve been working out of this space for a bit now. Naylor Road is a pretty well-known spot, and being on the first floor makes it easy for folks to drop by without waiting for a slow elevator. We focus on landmarks and building projects, hence the name. It’s not always easy work. There’s a lot of coordination between architects, workers, and clients that people don’t see from the outside. Our office is usually covered in papers and site photos. We aren’t the type to wear suits every day unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. Most of the time, we’re in casual clothes, ready to head out to a construction site at a moment's notice. We prefer to keep things honest and direct. If a project is going to take six months, we say six months, not four just to sound better. We’ve built a decent reputation in Pune just by being straightforward with people. The city has changed a lot since we started, and we’re just glad to be a small part of that change. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families, same as everyone else. It’s just how we operate.
