BJR Buildcon is based in Kothrud, Pune. We’re in the Omkar Building, units 9 and 10. We’re very close to the Shivaji Statue, which is a place everyone in this part of town knows. Kothrud is a great area, always full of life. Our office is where we handle all the planning for our building projects. It’s not a large place, just a few rooms where we keep our files and meet with clients. We’ve been here for a while and have seen how much Pune has grown. We don't have a team of salesmen. It’s usually the owners themselves talking to people and figuring out the construction details. Most of the time, we’re out on-site making sure the walls are straight and the materials are being used properly. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the various locations we’re working at. We keep things pretty straightforward. There’s no need for corporate talk when you’re dealing with bricks and mortar. We just focus on the job at hand. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but that’s just part of the business. We like being in Kothrud because it’s central to where we operate. If you ever need to find us, just look for the Omkar Building near the statue. We’re probably inside looking over some blueprints or having a quick cup of chai between meetings. It is a simple life of building and planning.
