We are located on the 2nd floor of Plot No.4 in the Tirumala Industrial Estate, which is part of the Survey No.253/1 area in Hinjawadi. This part of town has changed so much over the last few years with all the new buildings popping up, but our spot in the industrial estate feels a bit more grounded. It is a lot of hard work keeping up with the demands of the biopharma industry, and we spend most of our time in the lab or at our desks going over technical specs. The commute into Hinjawadi can be a real headache with the traffic, so many of us start our day early just to get a decent parking spot. Our workspace is pretty simple and functional because we prioritize the actual output over having a flashy lobby. We have a small team here, and everyone knows exactly what their job is, whether it is checking the equipment or handling the distribution details. There is always some noise from the nearby units, but you get used to it after a week or two. We do not really go in for corporate talk or big meetings; we just discuss what needs to be done over a cup of tea and then get back to it. Being situated in an industrial zone means we are close to our suppliers and other partners, which makes the logistical side of things a bit easier to manage most days.
