Bilcare Research

Bilcare Research is based out of No 3 in the Mahindra Society on Nagar Road. Being in Pune, especially on a busy stretch like Nagar Road, means we are right in the middle of a lot of noise and activity. However, the society itself is usually a bit quieter once you get inside the gates. Our workspace is more like a family home than a typical corporate office. We have several rooms that we have filled up with desks, chairs, and various pieces of equipment. We do a lot of looking into different things here, which is why research is in our name. It involves many hours of reading, writing notes, and checking data on our computer screens. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and old reports, but we try our best to keep it mostly in order. We have a small kitchen in the back where we make tea several times a day. It is a regular part of our daily routine that we don't miss. We do not have a big human resources department or a bunch of managers walking around. We just talk to each other across the room when something needs to be done. The building is older, with solid walls and big windows that let in the bright Pune sun. Usually, we are too busy with our projects to notice much of anything else. We stay here because it is a comfortable place to work.
