Bhumihara Property Developer Private Limited is located at Pingale Wasti in the Mundhwa area of Pune. We took a flat in Laxmi Park, specifically number 17, and turned it into our workspace. It is a bit cramped when everyone is there at once, but it works for what we need. Mundhwa has changed a lot lately with all the new IT parks and shops popping up everywhere. We are right in the thick of it. Our work involves a lot of running around to different plots of land and making sure the fences are up and the legal stuff is sorted. We are not a big-shot developer with a billboard on the highway. We are just a small group of people who know the Pune real estate scene. Sometimes the office is empty because we are all out at sites or stuck in traffic near Magarpatta. We do not have a polished way of doing things; we just talk to people plainly and try to get the job done. If you come by, you might see stacks of files and some old site photos pinned to the walls. It is a practical way to run a business without spending too much on things that do not matter. We know the neighbors and the local shops, and that helps us get things done faster. It is just honest work in a busy part of town.
