Bhumi Hotels & Resorts Private Limited

Our office for Bhumi Hotels & Resorts Private Limited is located in Hadapsar, Pune. We are near Pooja Hospital, at S. No. 163/1A/11/2. Hadapsar is a very busy part of the city, and being near the hospital means there’s constant activity. Our building is simple and doesn't have a big sign out front. You just have to look for the right number. Inside, it’s a very plain setup. We have our desks, some old files, and a small area where we have our tea. We focus on managing our hospitality properties and resorts from here. It’s a lot of coordination work, talking to staff at different locations and making sure things are running okay. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone like that. It's just a few of us who have been doing this for years. The area has changed a lot lately with more buildings going up. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to park. We usually just eat at one of the small places nearby. It’s a very local, hands-on way of doing business. We don't go in for big presentations or fancy talk. We just handle the day-to-day stuff as it comes up. It’s a bit noisy with the road nearby, but we don't mind it. It’s just a regular office where we do our work and head home.
