Prabodh Nirman

Prabodh Nirman is tucked away in the Bhosari MIDC area. We are located at Gala No. A-79 within the Pawana Industrial Premises Co Operative Society. It’s a very industrial setting, which suits the kind of work we do. There are always trucks moving and machines humming in the background. It’s not the quietest place, but we like the energy of it. Our space is basically a large gala where we keep everything organized. We’ve been part of this cooperative society for a good stretch of time. The building is T-204, and it’s a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We don't have a reception desk or any fancy waiting rooms. It’s just where the work happens. Most of our days are spent on the floor or at the small office area we have set up inside. The air in Bhosari is always full of that industrial smell. We know our neighbors well; we all help each other out when someone needs a tool or an extra hand. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We are just here doing our bit in the industrial zone. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. It’s a real working environment, no frills at all. We just show up, do what’s required, and then head home for the day. It is hard work but it pays the bills.
