Bhosale Patil Contracting LLP

Our office is located at Bhosale House on Karve Road in Erandwana. If you know Pune at all, you know this area gets pretty crowded with traffic, but it’s a good central location for us. We’ve been at 13/2,1 for some time. Being a contracting firm means we are usually out at different sites across the city, but this is where we come back to finish the day. There's always someone here at the house handling the logistics. It’s not a corporate building, just a regular place where we get things done. We handle various contracting jobs and it keeps us on our toes. Some days are slow, others we can barely keep up with the calls. We’re just a local crew, mostly Pune folks who know the ins and outs of the city. We don't use big words or have a massive marketing team. It’s just us. Working in construction and contracting around here means dealing with a lot of regulations and site visits. We try to keep things straightforward with our clients and the people we work with. Erandwana has changed a lot since we started, but we're still right here on Karve Road. We take on what we can handle and try to do a decent job every time. No frills, just hard work and a lot of tea to keep us going through the afternoon.
