Bhavani Developers is based in Kothrud, specifically in the Vijaynagar area near Whitefield on the 2nd Road. We are at number 2. This part of Pune is always moving. We are a small group of people who focus on building and developing local projects. Our office is usually full of rolls of blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks. We spend a lot of time on site wearing hard hats and talking to the laborers. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of mud and dust involved. We have to deal with permits and weather delays quite often. Kothrud is a crowded place, so managing a construction site here takes a lot of patience. We just try to get the walls up and the roofs on. Our office on 2nd Road is where we meet to talk about costs and timelines. It’s a simple room with a big table and some uncomfortable chairs. We don't have a marketing team or a big website. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we’ve built in the neighborhood. We just keep building things one at a time. It’s a slow process sometimes, but we stay with it. We’ve been in Vijaynagar for a while now and we know how things work in this part of the city. It’s just honest construction work.
