Bharat Shakes & Ice Cream

You can find us at Sai Residency in the Baner area. We are right next to Anil Jewellers, which is a good landmark if you are looking for us. Baner has changed a lot lately with so many new buildings coming up, but we are still here doing our thing. Our shop focuses on shakes and ice cream, which means we spend a lot of time with blenders and milk cans. It’s a small space, so we have to stay very organized or things get messy fast. We usually start the day by cleaning the equipment and making sure the milk is fresh. We don't have a big philosophy or mission statement. We just make the shakes and hand them over. The evening is our busiest time when people are out for a walk or coming back from their offices. We see a lot of young people since this part of town has become quite popular. It can get pretty loud when the shop is full, but we just keep working through the orders. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients because the demand was higher than we expected, but we just do our best to keep everyone happy. We are just a local business trying to make a living. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and have seen the shops around us change owners many times, but we are still here at Sai Residency. We just try to do right by the people who stop in and keep the blenders running.
