Bhairav Medical

Bhairav Medical is located in Ghorpade Peth, right in the Elphinstone area. It’s a bit of an old neighborhood, so the streets are narrow and always full of people walking around. We’ve been running this pharmacy for a good while now. Our shelves are packed from the floor to the ceiling with all kinds of medicines and syrups. It can be a bit hard to find things sometimes if you aren't used to our system, but we know exactly where every box is. The counter is usually cluttered with prescriptions and bits of paper where we jot down notes. People from the area stop by all day, not just for medicine but sometimes just to say hello while they are out getting groceries. We have these old glass cabinets that have been here since the start. They creak a bit when you open them. It gets quite busy in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. We don't have any air conditioning, just a big ceiling fan that wobbles a little. It’s a local place through and through. We try to keep everything in stock, but if we don't have it, we write it down in the diary to get it the next day. The lights inside are those bright tubes that hum a little. It’s just a normal medical shop serving the people nearby, nothing more and nothing less. We spend most of our day counting out tablets and chatting with the neighbors.
