BG SPACES LLP is over in Ravet, at S. No. 29, Plot No. 87. We are right near the PCMC Bank and the PCNDTA office. It’s a good location because we are close to the authorities we often have to deal with for our projects. Ravet is an area that is really expanding right now, so there’s plenty of space-related work to keep us occupied. Our office is a simple place where we do our planning and meet with people. We don’t have any marketing people or a big sales team. It’s just us. We focus on how to use spaces better, whether it’s for living or for business. Most of our days are spent going back and forth between the office and various plots in the area. We have a lot of local knowledge because we’ve been around this part of the city for quite some time. The office usually has some rolls of blueprints leaning in the corner and a kettle that’s always on. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a polished image. We would rather just show them the work we’ve actually finished. Dealing with the bank and the local planning authorities takes up a good chunk of our time, but it’s necessary to get things done right. It is a bit of a grind sometimes, especially with the paperwork, but we just keep moving forward one day at a time.
