Bengali Handloom Sarees

We have our little shop, Bengali Handloom Sarees, located in the Pimple Saudagar area, right near the Aundh Annex. It is a part of town that is growing very fast, so there is almost always some kind of new construction or building work happening nearby. Our space inside is pretty simple and plain. We do not go in for a lot of fancy decorations or expensive fixtures. We mostly just have our sarees stacked up on the shelves, ready for people to come in and look through them. It is a quiet enough spot most days, though the traffic on the main road can really start to pick up in the late evenings. We have been here in Pimple Saudagar for a bit now, and we have seen the whole neighborhood change quite a lot over the years. A lot of families have moved into the apartments around here, so we get people stopping by while they are out doing their regular household shopping. We do not really do much in the way of marketing or advertising our shop to the public. Usually, someone just tells a friend or a neighbor about Bengali Handloom Sarees and that is how new people find their way to our door. We just like to keep things straightforward and honest. We spend our time checking our stock and talking to whoever walks through the door. It is not a corporate setup at all; it is just us running the place day by day.
