Benevolent Private Spaces Llp is based over in Wanwadi at Picasso Palace. Specifically, we are at S No 66, Plots 7 and 8. It is a decent area and Picasso Palace is a name that most locals recognize. We have been working out of this location for a while now. The office isn't anything too formal. It is just a place where we get together to figure out the logistics of the private spaces we manage. Wanwadi has its own pace, a bit different from the super busy center of the city, which we actually like. It makes it a little easier to focus on what we are doing. We have some desks set up and a table for meetings, and that is about it. We do not really go for the corporate look. We would rather just spend our time getting the work done. You will usually find a couple of us here during the day, though we are often out checking on things. If you are in the neighborhood, you will see our spot at the plots. It is a practical setup for us. We handle a lot of different tasks related to space management, so there is always a bit of a mess with papers and plans lying around. We just keep it honest and direct with anyone who comes by. It is a small operation but we stay busy. It works for us and the people we deal with. We just take things one day at a time.
