Benchmarkone Spaces Llp

Our office for Benchmarkone Spaces Llp is out in Sawardari, which is near the Bridgestone company in Khed. It is a bit of a drive to get out here if you are coming from the main part of Pune, but we like being close to the industrial areas. We are in Namrata Sadan at Plot No Pap Sr/12. It’s a practical location for the kind of work we do. There is always a lot of movement around here with trucks and people coming and going from the factories. We mostly deal with spaces and projects that require us to be on the ground. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to keep our equipment and documents. We don't have any receptionists or fancy waiting rooms. If you come by, you'll probably just see us hunched over a desk or talking on our mobile phones. It’s a hardworking environment. The weather out here in Khed can be quite harsh in the summer, but we just get on with it. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we don't spend time making things look pretty on paper. We just focus on the actual building and making sure everything is done right. It’s a small operation but we keep ourselves busy. Most of our clients are people who have known us for years or worked with us before on other things. We just try to finish one thing before moving to the next.
