Bello City Developers

Bello City Developers is based on Sangavi Dinnur Main Road 2. If you know the area, you know it’s a busy spot with a lot of movement. Our office is right in the middle of it all. It’s a practical space where we spend most of our time when we aren't out at a construction site. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the boots we wear, and there are maps pinned to the walls that have seen better days. Building things isn't as easy as it looks on television. There are always delays with materials or issues with the weather that we have to manage. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones trying to track down contractors or checking on permits. It’s a lot of running around and not much sitting still. We’ve been at this address for a while and we like being part of the Sangavi Dinnur community. The office doesn't have any expensive furniture or fancy decorations. It’s just a place to get the paperwork done and meet with people. We try to be honest about how things are going, even when there are setbacks. Most of our days are a mix of small problems to solve and long lists of things to check. It’s hard work and it gets tiring, but we’ve built a life doing this. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our projects moving forward as best as we can.
