BELLEVUE PROJECTS LLP

We are located in the Kothrud area of Pune, specifically in Dahanukar Colony. Our office is 502 in the A J Paramount building on Lane Number 5. Kothrud is a busy part of the city, and Lane 5 has its own rhythm with people coming and going all day. BELLEVUE PROJECTS LLP is just a small office where we handle project planning. We don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just see one or two of us at our desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites checking on progress. It’s the kind of work that involves a lot of waiting for permits and then a lot of rushing to get things built. We don't try to sound like a big multinational company because we aren't. We’re just local people who know this part of Pune well and know how to get things done here. The office gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fan going full blast. We just try to keep things simple. If a project has a problem, we sit down and try to fix it. We don't use a lot of fancy software for everything; sometimes a pen and paper work better for sketching out an idea. It’s just how we operate. We’re around most weekdays if someone needs to talk about a build or check a drawing.
