We are located over in Katraj, right in the MSR Olive Society. If you come to the E wing and go up to the second floor, that is where we do our work. This part of Pune is always moving, so it stays pretty loud outside. We deal with building things and the real estate side of the business. It is a lot of paperwork and talking to people about where they want to live or invest. Some days are spent entirely on the phone, and other days we are out looking at plots or checking how a building project is coming along. The office gets a bit crowded sometimes when everyone is in at once. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Just some chairs and computers. We started this because we knew the area well. Dealing with land and construction in Pune takes a lot of patience. There are always new rules or something coming up with the local authorities. We just take it one day at a time. It’s a small team here. We know the local shopkeepers and the people living in the society. Most of our work comes from just being around for a while. It’s not a corporate setup. It’s just us trying to make a living by helping people find or build their spaces. Sometimes we get things wrong, but we always try to fix them.
