Munitu Structures Pvt. Ltd.

Our office, Munitu Structures Pvt. Ltd., is over in Bavdhan Budruk. We are located in Madhuvishwa Society, specifically in room B104. It's right near Periwinkle School and right next to the Shivsena office. If you know that area, you’ll find us easily. The survey numbers are Sr. No. 13/2, 13/3, and 14/3, which sounds complicated but it's just how the land is marked on the official papers. We spend a lot of our time here dealing with different structural projects and site plans. It gets pretty busy during the school hours because of the kids and parents nearby. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and the neighbors are mostly quiet, except for the usual street noise. We don’t have a big lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we can sit down and focus on the technical details. Sometimes people come in asking for directions since the Shivsena office is a big landmark. We just point them the right way and get back to work. Working in Bavdhan is nice because it’s a bit away from the main city rush but still has everything we need close by. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the schedule. There’s always something to fix or a drawing to look over again. It’s a regular day-to-day operation for us. We just do the work as it comes in and try to keep things simple without making a big deal out of it.
