It’s a decent business park to work in. We have been here for a bit now, just handling our daily building and construction affairs. Most of the time, the office is pretty quiet unless we have a meeting or something. The Business Bay is one of those typical office blocks you see around Pune. We don’t really do much in the way of big announcements or anything. We just keep our heads down and work. Getting to the office is okay depending on the time of day you try to get through the city traffic. It’s on the 21st office unit, so not too hard to find once you get inside. We do a lot of our planning right here at this desk. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time looking at blueprints than anything else. Being in the M.Corp area means things are always changing around us. New buildings going up, old ones getting changed. It’s a good place to be for a company like Barque Buildcon. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. Just a local business trying to do things right and stay busy with the work we have in front of us every day. It is what it is.
