Banyan Tree Infracon Private Limited

We’ve been based out of Nana Peth for a while now, right here on the third floor of the 504 building. If you know Pune, you know this part of town gets pretty busy during the day, so it’s always a bit of a climb up to Flat Number 3 to get away from the street noise. Banyan Tree Infracon Private Limited isn't a giant office with hundreds of people; we’re just a small group working on infrastructure projects. It gets a bit crowded with all the files and site maps laying around, but that’s just how it is when things are moving. The traffic downstairs is always humming in the background, but you get used to it after a week. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the practical side of building and planning. Some days involve more paperwork than we’d like, sitting around that big table in the main room. Other days, we’re out of the office more than we’re in it. We don't really do the whole fancy reception thing. Most people who come by are either contractors or folks we’ve worked with for years. We just try to get the jobs done without too much fuss. Nana Peth has that old-school vibe, and I think we fit in well enough. It’s mostly about making sure the measurements are right and the materials arrive on time. It isn't glamorous work, but someone has to stay on top of the details. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever project is currently on the desk.
