Baner Ventures Llp

Baner Ventures Llp is based in Keshav Nagar, specifically in the Oriental Marvel building. We’re up on the sixth floor in Flat No 603. The building sits on CTS No 1641/1644. If you know the area, we’re right near the Morya Gosavi Stadium. It’s a good landmark to give people when they’re trying to find us for the first time. The office is a bit of a mix between a home and a workspace. We have some decent views of the stadium from up here, which is a nice break. Keshav Nagar has been growing a lot lately, so there’s always something new being built nearby. We aren't a huge firm with dozens of employees. It’s just a small team of us in 603. We keep things pretty informal. There’s usually a pile of papers on the desk and some blueprints rolled up in the corner. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just do our work and talk to people plainly. It’s a practical location for us since we can get to different parts of town fairly easily from here. We like the vibe of Oriental Marvel. It’s a busy building but our floor is usually quiet enough to get things done without distractions. We just take it one day at a time here, managing our projects and keeping things simple. It’s a honest way to work and we’ve gotten quite used to this sixth-floor view and the sounds of the city below us as we finish our shifts.
