We are over here in Shivajinagar, tucked away in Shilpa Chambers. If you know the Gadekar petrol pump, we are just right behind that. Office number five is where we keep our files and meet people. It is a busy part of Pune, but inside our office, things are usually a bit quieter. We started this company to handle real estate stuff and life spaces around here. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and talking to folks about where they want to live or build. It is not a huge fancy office, just a practical space where we get the job done. Sometimes the traffic outside gets pretty loud, but that is just part of being in this area. We have been in this 1187/33 spot for a while now. People come by and we just talk about what needs to happen next with their projects. It is pretty straightforward work. We don't really do the big corporate meetings with suits and all that. It is more about sitting down with a cup of tea and figuring things out on a piece of paper. Shivajinagar is a good spot because everyone knows how to find the petrol pump. We just keep our heads down and try to keep things moving for the people who walk through our door. It is just us, a few desks, and the usual office noise. We like it that way. It's nothing fancy, just a local Pune business.
