We are Baltec Systems Pvt Ltd, and you can find our office at Flat No. 8 inside Dhanshree Garden. We are located at number 53, care of D. J. Patil, in the Bhusari Colony area of Kothrud. This is over in Pune, 411029. It’s a bit of a residential setting, being in a flat within a garden complex, which makes for a relatively quiet place to work. We’ve been operating out of Kothrud for some time, and it’s a good spot for us. The office itself is just a regular flat that we’ve converted into our workspace. There are desks, some computers, and a lot of files piled up here and there. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that. We like the fact that it feels like a home because it makes the long hours a bit more comfortable. Most people who come to see us have to buzz in at the gate or find their way through the Dhanshree Garden layout. The Bhusari Colony is a well-known part of the city, so we don't usually have too much trouble giving directions. We spend our time working on various systems and handling the technical side of things. It’s mostly just us sitting around the table or at our workstations, trying to figure things out. It’s a practical, local operation that gets the job done without any unnecessary fuss or bother. We just keep our heads down and do our work.
